At GlowMatz, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy valid for customers worldwide.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • ✅ The product must be unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

  • ✅ It must include the original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals.

  • ✅ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned if they have been used or damaged.

  • Do not send items without prior authorization; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Important Exceptions

  • Personalized items can only be returned if they are defective or there’s an error in your order.

  • Returns are not accepted for sale items, clearance products, or gift cards.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
